How can I make sure my POs for QuickBOLT products are accurate?

QuickBOLT assigns unique part numbers to each product package option, including kits (a bundle of components usually used together) and individual components, ensuring clear manufacturing and inventory processes. Here's how to order efficiently:

Determine the Quantity to Order based on the packaging.

  • QuickBOLT provides unique part numbers to offer different quantities of the same product.
  • We also offer Kits which represent multiple SKU’s combined into one Box.
  • The packaging quantity is always on the Description line.

UOMs We Sell Products In

UOM  Name Description
CS Case Order when buying a full case.
PK Pack Order when buying less than a full case.
KTC Kit Case Order when buying full cases. 
KTP Kit Pack Order by pack or multiple packs. Note # packs per case.
  Pallet Typical Pallet Qty = 48 Cartons/Pallet.

  • Email all orders to our Order Entry team at orderentry@quickscrews.com for most efficient processing. CC your QuickBOLT Salesperson for additional support.
  • In order for us to process orders efficiently, we do not break cases or packs.
  • Please order in full case or pack quantities to avoid slowing down the processing of your PO.
  • Always include the part number, quantity, and the UOM for that part number
